This “Perfect Pliant N°1” is a folding camera with plate with the format 9 x 12, simple but of neat construction.

It’s difficult to find itself there among all Perfect Pliant N° 1. In the catalogues Photo-Hall, going approximately from 1905 until the middle of the years 1920, this name was given successively and according to the periods to rather different cameras.

This specimen corresponds approximately to the description given in the catalogues of 1913 and 1914.

The name “Perfect” nicely calligraphed, is printed in hollow in the leather of the part giving access to the ground glass.
